About the Event

This event offers a real life interview simulation. Participants will answer a series of questions, and will receive instant feedback on their responses. This event will help the participants gain more confidence and teach them about handling constructive criticism. The primary objective is to provide the interviewee with a well-rounded practice experience and constructive feedback to help them improve their interview skills.

Rules and Regulations :

• This is an individual event.
• Formal dress code must be followed.
• The interview session will be held for around 10 mins.
• Participants should bring hard copies of their résumés on the day of the event. Participants can review the 5 Job Descriptions in the link provided in the registration form description.
• Each participant can apply for only one job description.
• The questions asked during the interview will be based on the Job description chosen by the candidate.
• Finally, based on the interviewer's evaluations the best candidate will be chosen as the winner.
• Your interviewer will give you feedback at the end of the mock interview. Make notes. Ask for tips. This is your chance to improve.
• Moderators will be assigned to observe participants throughout the event and report any problems and/or violations of the rules to the organizers.
• Any decisions made are final and binding.
