"Shark Tank" is an exciting event where aspiring entrepreneurs from around the city have the opportunity to pitch their innovative business models to a panel of seasoned investors, also known as "sharks." The entrepreneurs aim to convince these experienced investors to invest their money in their promising products or business ideas.

Rules and Regulations :

• It is an individual event.
• Participants must pitch their business ideas to the sharks (the judges) within a specified time limit.
• Each individual is allocated a total of 10 minutes for their pitch.
• Participants have the flexibility to present their product or business idea in various formats, including videos, presentations, models, and more. The goal is to effectively convey their concept and persuade the sharks to invest
• Participants and the sharks have the opportunity to negotiate equity and investment offers.
• This allows for a dynamic interaction where both parties can agree on mutually beneficial terms.
• This is followed by a questioning round by the sharks regarding the product.
• The participant with the most compelling business idea and the most favorable business offer, as determined by the judges, will be declared the winner of Shark Tank.
• Any decisions made are final and binding.
